The individual client is required to liaise with pariscreative.co prior to the commencement of their working relationship, providing a brief on what they are willing to achieve. The brief should include clear and concise inspiration images, as well as a relatively detailed description including any information that may be of importance or significance to the overall design process.

Creative working relationships have to be very dynamic between both parties. New or different designs and creations are thought of, and as a result of this, if workload increases and the scope of the product/s delivered changes value, renegotiations between both parties will have to take place.

If your choice of design/package includes revisions, please note revisions are made on the chosen concept. Once client has approved the final artwork and has received their files, any additional changes made after will incur a fee which will be charged at an hourly rate of $60 per hour.

A fee of $30 will be charged to resend design files if they are lost. (Please note: Pariscreative.co will store final electronic files for a maximum of 6 months only).

Once final designs are approved by the client, no responsibility is taken on spelling/detail errors. Whilst pariscreative.co will proof work in the design process, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility. Please proof read carefully.

The individual or business agrees to pay 50% of total project costs, as outlined and discussed, prior to the commencement of product/s being delivered. The balance of the payment is to be paid once all work is finalised.

Final product(s) will be delivered/sent only once the balance of the payment has been received in full. If pariscreative.co is organising printing, full payment of design fees and printing fees are to be paid before any files will be sent to the printer.
